Shipping at batch baking company

We are able to ship many of our cookies to locations across the United States. We use two/three day shipping and wrap treats in cellophane to ensure they stay fresh. We ship out weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please get your order in by noon on Monday the week you’d like something shipped.

There is a minimum order of one dozen for shipping orders. Each dozen can include up to four different treats. We charge a shipping and handling fee of $20 for orders of 1 - 3 dozen treats.

While we typically ship USPS, we may use FedEx or UPS when it best fits the situation. Batch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping vendor, weather, or due to inability to deliver to customer (ex: incorrect addresses or a business recipient that is closed). We will do our best to make sure deliveries arrive as expected and work with you on specific situations to help avoid problems.
