Cost per item ranges from $1.50 - $2.50, cost per dozen ranges from $20 - $24 depending on mix of cookies.

Cookies and Brownies

Standard Items - We have most of these items available most days. Call ahead if you want something specific, items can sell out.

  • chocolate chunk cookie - browned butter adds extra flavor, filled with chunks of both milk and dark chocolate

  • caramel chocolate chunk cookie - the classic made better, with caramel and just the right amount of flaky sea salt on top

  • brownies - the classic (rich and dark), caramel (with ribbons of caramel and a hint of sea salt), or peanut butter (with a thick layer of peanut butter goodness)

  • palmier - you may know it as an elephant ear, layer upon layer of crunchy, butter puff pastry, caramelized with just the right amount of flaky sea salt

  • peanut butter sandwich - a childhood favorite, with peanuts in every bite

  • vanilla squareo - our version of the classic oreo, made better -- and made square

  • snickerdoodle - a little tangy, chewy, and bursting with cinnamon

  • shortbread - buttery and flaky with just the right amount of sweet and salty crunch

  • crystallized ginger gingersnap – spice, punch, sweet - we’ve amped up this favorite in typical Batch Baking Company fashion

  • Mexican Chocolate - A dark chocolate wafer with a hint of black pepper and cayenne pepper

  • fortune cookies - buttery and crispy, with fortunes hiding inside

  • vegan chocolate chunk - a delicious, chewy, dark chocolate chunk cookie

  • flourless chocolate chip- a buttery, chewy version of the classic, with semi-sweet chocolate (gluten-free)

Donuts

We currently have donuts on Saturday (they often sell out early). Flavors change, call ahead if you want to make a especial order.

  • glazed puff pastry donut - our house made puff pastry baked up light and fluffy and dredged in a crisp sugar glaze.
